2. Description of Service
Zolver.in provides an AI-powered platform for students to:

- Receive step-by-step AI explanations
- Save answers to organised subject folders
- Generate AI revision notes from saved content
- Access study guides and educational resources
The service is intended for personal, educational, non-commercial use by students.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- You must not share your account with others
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- One account per person — creating multiple accounts to bypass usage limits is not permitted
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
4.1 Free Plan
The Free plan provides limited daily AI questions at no charge. Free plan limits may change with reasonable notice.
4.2 Paid Plans (Pro and Elite)
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
- Payment is due at the start of each billing period
- If payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
4.3 Refund Policy

4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial months.

- Share, resell, or sublicense access to the platform
- Attempt to access another user's account or data
- Use the service to train competing AI models

6. AI Disclaimer
Zolver.in uses artificial intelligence to generate explanations. You acknowledge that:
- AI responses may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated
- AI responses are educational aids and should not replace verified textbooks, teachers, or official resources
- For critical exam preparation, always verify important answers against NCERT books or your teacher

8. Limitation of Liability

- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim

9. Service Availability
